salon series - where words meet music
convent chapel, corner of hill & daly streets, daylesford australia
This salon offers a tapestry of texts in different genres - poetry, song, narrative and monologue - with a live, improvised sound track. The audience will be invited to volunteer personal stories as yarns for sound weavings. Words by Rebecca Lister, Terry Jaensch, Joanne Davis, music by Helen Davey. Why not come and join us afterwards at the Altar Bar: the funkiest bar a convent could cloister!
