ADVENT CALENDAR - TINY TUNES (2023) 
This project documents my impressions of Zuerich during Advent 2023, with photos and accompanying sound-painting, (each ca. 30-1:20 seconds duration).
Each tune has a quote from a Christmas carol hidden inside (just as surprises are tucked inside holding-in-our-hands-Advent Calendars) for you to guess which it is.

BRUNEGG (2005)
A collection of instrumentals of my sound-paintings, developed during a sabbatical in rural Switzerland, 

BURAHOF BAAR (2008)
After a rigorous tour, this art-song anthology was developed whilst staying in a 300 year old farmhouse in Central Switzerland.

CARVINGS (2011)
Twelve original songs, about life leaving its tracings on the canvas of ourselves - carving who we are.

COVID CHRONICLES (2020-2021)
Varied instrumental expressions of the many emotions and images from the pandemic depicting loss, calm, frustration, amazement, and always that sense of the essential human need for connection.


ECHO & NARCISSUS (2009)
created for an art installation where a film was projected into a pool  after sundown, this compilation delves into the assumed and extraneous layers of communications around Echo, Juno, Jupiter and Narcissus  

FROM ANOTHER ROOM (2007)
Each of the tracks on this album are improvised  meditations or "sound-paintings" for solo piano, inspired by a specific artwork.  

HARP SELECTIONS (2021-2023)
One of my favorite sound-sources, I often include harp in my compositional process. these pieces feature harp as the melody maker or accompanist. 

JENIFER'S POETIKA (2010)
A long term fan of Jenifer Heatherinton's writing, this anthology responds to a dozen of her poems.

MARIMBA MUDDLES (2021)
A set of tunes for marimba from my morning musickings. choose an instrument I love and make something happen.

Vocal and instrumental responses to a series of photographs by the humble polymath, Stefan Finsterle.

A series of multi instrumental pieces created between a tiny attic (with a digital recorder) and massive hall (with a grand piano).

TUNISIAN WINTER (2010) 
Pieces inspired by a Paul Klee's artworks and a fleeting visit to treasured Tunisia.
